Background:

C-X-C chemokine receptor type 5 (CXCR5) is a multi-pass membrane protein belonging to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. CXCR5 is a cytokine receptor that binds to B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC). CXCR5 is involved in B-cell migration into B-cell follicles of spleen and Peyer patches but not into those of mesenteric or peripheral lymph nodes. CXCR5 may have a regulatory function in Burkitt lymphoma (BL) lymphomagenesis and/or B-cell differentiation.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human CXCR5. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
