Background:

Leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains protein 1 (LRIG1) is a single-pass type I membrane protein. LRIG1 acts as a feedback negative regulator of signaling by receptor tyrosine kinases, through a mechanism that involves enhancement of receptor ubiquitination and accelerated intracellular degradation.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse LRIG1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
