R0183-1 - TCF7 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 42 I 53 kDa Uniprot ID: P36402 Background: Transcription factor 7 (TCF7) belongs to the TCF/LEF family of transcription factors. TCF7 is a transcriptional activator involved in T-cell lymphocyte differentiation and is necessary for the survival of CD4+ CD8+ immature thymocytes. TCF7 binds to the T-lymphocyte-specific enhancer element (5'-WWCAAAG-3') found in the promoter of the CD3E gene. TCF7 may also act as a feedback transcriptional repressor of CTNNB1 and TCF7L2 target genes. Other Names: T-cell-specific transcription factor 1, TCF1, TCF-1, Transcription factor 7 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human TCF7. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
