ITGB2 is a receptor for ICAM1, ICAM2, ICAM3, and ICAM4. ITGB2 plays roles in cell adhesion as well as cell-surface mediated signaling. Defects in ITGB2 are the cause of leukocyte adhesion deficiency type 1

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human ITGB2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
