Background:

STAT1 is a signal transducer and transcription activator that mediates cellular responses to interferons (IFNs), cytokine KITLG/SCF and other cytokines and growth factors. Defects in STAT1 are the cause of STAT1 deficiency complete. Defects in STAT1 are a cause of mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of human STAT1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
