Background:

Granulocyte-differentiation antigen-1 (GR-1) is also known as Lymphocyte antigen 6G (Ly-6G), a GPI-anchored cell surface murine protein with an apparent molecular weight of 21-25 kDa. GR-1 is expressed on mature granulocytes in bone marrow and peripheral tissues.

Source and Purity:

Mouse monoclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of mouse GR1. Antibodies were purified by Caprylic Acid- Ammonium Sulfate precipitation. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 40% Glycerol, 0.02% Thimerosal. Store at -20 °C. Stable for at least 6 months from date of receipt.
