Background:

MUL1 exhibits weak E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity, but preferentially acts as a SUMO E3 ligase at physiological concentrations. MUL1 plays a role in the control of mitochondrial morphology. MUL1 promotes mitochondrial fragmentation and influences mitochondrial localization.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human MUL1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
