Background:

EGR4 is a transcriptional regulator that recognizes and binds to the DNA sequence 5'-GCGGGGGCG-3' (GSG). EGR4 activates the transcription of target genes whose products are required for mitogenesis and differentiation.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing N-terminal region of human EGR4. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
