Background:

PPM1L belongs to the PP2C group of serine/threonine phosphatases.  PPM1L regulate stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascades that respond to extracellular stimuli.  PPM1L is highly expressed in heart, placenta, lung, liver, kidney and pancreas.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with GST-fusion proteins containing either the N-terminal [PPM1L (N) (R1688-1)] or the middle [PPM1L (M) (R1688-2)] region of human PPM1L. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
