Background:

TACSTD2, a carcinoma-associated antigen, is a cell surface receptor that transduces calcium signals. Defects in TACSTD2 are the cause of gelatinous drop-like corneal dystrophy.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of human TACSTD2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
