R1404-1 - CAMK2B (M) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB
Predicted I Observed M.W.: 73 I 60 kDa Uniprot ID: Q13554 Background: Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type II subunit beta (CAMK2B) belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, CAMK Ser/Thr protein kinase family and CaMK subfamily. CAMK2B contains 1 protein kinase domain, and is a Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase that functions autonomously after Ca2+/calmodulin-binding and autophosphorylation. CAMK2B is involved in dendritic spine and synapse formation, neuronal plasticity and regulation of sarcoplamic reticulum Ca2+ transport in skeletal muscle. There are 8 isoforms of CAMK2B being identified with M.W. ranging from 51 to 73 kD. Other Names: Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type II subunit beta, CaM kinase II subunit beta, CaMK-II subunit beta, CAM2, CAMK2, CAMKB Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human CAMK2B. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
