Background:

Growth arrest and DNA damage-inducible protein GADD45 alpha (GADD45A) belongs to the GADD45 family. In T-cells, GADD45A functions as a regulator of p38 MAPKs by inhibiting p88 phosphorylation and activity. Additionally, GADD45A might affect PCNA interaction with some CDK (cell division protein kinase) complexes; stimulates DNA excision repair in vitro and inhibits entry of cells into S phase.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human GADD45A. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
