R1867-2 - ASAP3 (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 99 kDa Uniprot ID: Q8TDY4 Background: ASAP3 is a member of a subfamily of ADP-ribosylation factor(Arf) GTPase-activating proteins that contain additional ankyrin repeat and pleckstrin homology domains. The Arf GAP domain of ASAP3 catalyzes the hydrolysis of GTP bound to Arf proteins. ASAP3 promotes cell differentiation and migration and has been implicated in cancer cell invasion. Other Names: Arf-GAP with SH3 domain ANK repeat and PH domain-containing protein 3, Development and differentiation-enhancing factor-like 1, Protein up-regulated in liver cancer 1, DDEFL1, UPLC1, CENTB6 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human ASAP3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from(A) human HeLa, (B) human Jurkat; usinganti-ASAP3 (C) (R1867-2) at RT for 2 h. |
