Background:

POU3F3 is a member of the class III POU family of transcription factors that are expressed in the central nervous system. POU3F3 acts synergistically with SOX11 and SOX4. POU3F3 plays a role in neuronal development. POU3F3 is implicated in an enhancer activity at the embryonic met-mesencephalic junction.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human POU3F3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
