R0588-1 - IL2RA (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted | Observed MW: 31 | 60 kDa Uniprot ID: P01590 Background: Interleukin-2 receptor subunit alpha (IL2RA) is also known as CD25, which is a single-pass type I membrane protein that is a receptor for interleukin-2. IL2R exists in 3 different forms: a high affinity dimer, an intermediate affinity monomer (beta subunit), and a low affinity monomer (alpha subunit). The high and intermediate affinity forms also associate with a gamma subunit. Other Names: Interleukin-2 receptor subunit alpha, IL-2 receptor subunit alpha, IL-2-RA, IL-2R subunit alpha, IL2-RA, p55, CD25, IL2R Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse IL2RA. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: (A) mouse brain, (B) mouse thymus; using anti-IL2RA (N1) (R0588-1) at RT for 2 h. |
