R1181-2 - TRAF4 (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 54 I 60 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9BUZ4 Background: TRAF4, TNF receptor-associated factor 4, is an adapter protein and signal transducer that links members of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) family to different signaling pathways. TRAF4 plays a role in the activation of NF-kappa-B and JNK, and in the regulation of cell survival and apoptosis. TRAF4 regulates activation of NF-kappa-B in response to signaling through Toll-like receptors. TRAF4 is required for normal skeleton development, and for normal development of the respiratory tract. TRAF4 is required for activation of RPS6KB1 in response to TNF signaling. TRAF4 modulates TRAF6 functions. Other Names: Cysteine-rich domain associated with RING and Traf domains protein 1, Metastatic lymph node gene 62 protein, RING finger protein 83, CART1, MLN62, RNF83 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human TRAF4. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from human Jurkat, using anti-TRAF4 (C) (R1181-2) at RT for 2 h. |
