Background:

Transcription factor Early B-cell factor 4 (EBF4) is also known as COE4, which belongs to the conserved Olf/EBF family of helix-loop-helix transcription factors, members of which play important
roles in neural development and B-cell maturation. EBF4 recognizes variations of the palindromic sequence 5'-ATTCCCNNGGGAATT-3'.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human EBF4. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
