Background:

RING finger protein 10 belongs to the RNF10 family. RNF10 has been shown to bind to mesenchyme homeobox 2 (MEOX2) at a central region of MEOX2 between the histidine/glutamine rich domain and the homeodomain. MEOX2 regulates the proliferation, differentiation, and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells and cardiomyocytes. RNF10 plays a regulatory role by enhancing MEOX2 activation of the p21WAF1 promoter.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human RNF10. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
