Background:

Fibroblast growth factor 10 (FGF10) is a secreted protein that belongs to the heparin-binding growth factors family. FGF10 plays an important role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation and cell differentiation. FGF10 is required for normal branching morphogenesis and it may also play a role in wound healing. Defects in FGF10 are the cause of autosomal dominant aplasia of lacrimal and salivary glands (ALSG).

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human FGF10. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
