Background:

Lymphocytes arise from multipotent progenitors in the bone marrow deviating from the myeloid lineage and completing their differentiation under the influence of a suite of transcriptional regulators, including Ikaros, Pax5, Notch1 and the BTB-ZF (Broad complex, Tramtrack, and Bric à brac–zinc finger) family of proteins. Zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 1 (ZBTB1) is a 713-aa member of the POK (POZ [Poxviruses and zinc finger] and Krüppel) or BTB-ZF family of transcriptional regulators. ZBTB1 has been shown to be essential for T cell development and also for the development of B and NK cells under competitive conditions.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of human ZBTB1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
