Background:

Homeobox protein NKX-2.8 is a nuclear protein that belongs to the NK-2 homeobox family. NKX2-8 contains 1 homeobox DNA-binding domain. NKX2-8 is prominently expressed in ventral brain and neural tube structures, and it may be involved in the specification of a distinct subset of neurons.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of mouse NKX2-8. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
