Background:

CEACAM5 is a cell surface glycoprotein that plays a role in cell adhesion and in intracellular signaling. CEACAM5 is the receptor for E.coli Dr adhesins. Binding of E.coli Dr adhesins leads to dissociation of the homodimer.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of human CEACAM5. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
