R2001-1 - HMX2 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 29 kDa Uniprot ID: A2RU544
Background: HMX2 is a member of the NKL homeobox family of transcription factors. Members in this family are of ancient origin and play an important role in organ development during embryogenesis. A related mouse protein plays a role in patterning of inner ear structures. In humans, variations in a region containing this gene have been associated with inner ear malformations, vestibular dysfunction, and hearing loss. Other Names: Homeobox protein HMX2, Homeobox protein H6 family member 2, NKX5-2 Source and Purity:
Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing N-terminal region of human HMX2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
