Background:

Dual specificity protein phosphatase 12 (DUSP12) belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. It is found in the nucleus and catalyzes the reaction between protein tyrosine phosphate and H2O to form protein tyrosine and phosphate, or the reaction between a phosphoprotein and H2O to form a protein and a phosphate.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human DUSP12. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
