Background:

Annexin A4 (ANXA4) belongs to the annexin family. Annexin family is a group of calcium/phospholipid-binding proteins which promotes membrane fusion and is involved in exocytosis as well as regulation of chloride secretion. ANXA4 was found to be upregulated in tumor cells of renal cell carcinoma and it may play a role in promoting cell migration in carcinoma. ANXA4 may be important in morphological diversification and dissemination of clear cell renal cell carcinoma.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human ANX4. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
