R1945-1 - NR1I2 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 50 kDa Uniprot ID: O75469 Background: Nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group I member 2 (NR1I2) belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family and the NR1 subfamily. NR1I2 is a nuclear receptor that binds and is activated by variety of endogenous and xenobiotic compounds. Additionally, NR1I2 is a transcription factor that activates the transcription of multiple genes involved in the metabolism and secretion of potentially harmful xenobiotics, drugs and endogenous compounds. NR1I2 is activated by the antibiotic rifampicin and various plant metabolites, such as hyperforin, guggulipid, colupulone, and isoflavones. Other Names: Nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group I member 2, Orphan nuclear receptor PAR1, Orphan nuclear receptor PXR, Pregnane X receptor, Steroid and xenobiotic receptor, SXR, PXR Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human NR1I2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts frommouse brain, using anti-NR1I2 (N) (R1945-1) at RT for 2 h. |
