Background:

Dual specificity protein phosphatase 10 (DUSP10) belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family as well as the Non-receptor class dual specificity subfamily. DUSP10 is a protein phosphatase involved in the inactivation of MAP kinases. Additionally, DUSP10 has the specificity for the MAPK11/MAPK12/MAPK13/MAPK14 subfamily.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human DUSP10. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
