R1094-1 - CD99 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 19 I 25 kDa Uniprot ID: P14209 Background: CD99 antigen is a single-pass type I membrane protein belonging to the CD99 family. CD99 is involved in T-cell adhesion processes and in spontaneous rosette formation with erythrocytes. CD99 plays a role in a late step of leukocyte extravasation helping leukocytes to overcome the endothelial basement membrane. CD99 acts at the same site as, but independently of, PECAM1. CD99 is involved in T-cell adhesion processes. Other Names: CD99 antigen, 12E7, E2 antigen, Protein MIC2, T-cell surface glycoprotein E2, CD99, MIC2, MIC2X, MIC2Y Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human CD99. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts fromA) mouse thymus, B) human HeLa, C) human Jurkat; using anti-CD99 (N) (R1094-1) at RT for 2 h. |
