R2724-2 - CDC73 (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 60 kDa Uniprot ID: Q6P1J9 Background: CDC73 is involved in transcriptional and post-transcriptional control pathways. CDC73 is a component of the the PAF protein complex, which associates with the RNA polymerase II subunit POLR2A and with a histone methyltransferase complex. CDC73 appears to facilitate the association of 3' mRNA processing factors with actively-transcribed chromatin. Mutations in CDC73 have been linked to hyperparathyroidism-jaw tumor syndrome, familial isolated hyperparathyroidism, and parathyroid carcinoma. Other Names: Parafibromin, Cell division cycle protein 73 homolog, Hyperparathyroidism 2 protein, C1orf28, HRPT2 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of human CDC73. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts fromA, C) human HeLa, B, D) human Jurkat; using 2 independent Abs against 2 distinct regions of human CDC73 at RT for 2 h. |
