Background:

Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 8 (TNFRSF8) is a receptor for TNFSF8/CD30L. It may play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and transformation of activated lymphoblasts. TNFRSF8 regulates gene expression through activation of NF-kappa-B.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing N-terminal region of human TNFRSF8. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
