Background:

Arf-GAP with SH3 domain, ANK repeat and PH domain-containing protein 2 (ASAP2) is a peripheral membrane protein that activates the small GTPases ARF1, ARF5 and ARF6. ASAP2 regulates the formation of post-Golgi vesicles and modulates constitutive secretion. Furthermore, ASAP2 modulates phagocytosis mediated by Fc gamma receptor and ARF6, and ASAP2 also modulates PXN recruitment to focal contacts and cell migration.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of human ASAP2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
