Background:

Zinc finger protein 711 (ZNF711) belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and is a transcription regulator required for brain development. ZNF711 probably acts as a transcription factor that binds to the promoter of target genes and recruits PHF8 histone demethylase, leading to activate expression of genes involved in neuron development, such as KDM5C.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human ZNF711. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
