R2110-2 - ZNF711 (M) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 86 I 110 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9Y462 Background: Zinc finger protein 711 (ZNF711) belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and is a transcription regulator required for brain development. ZNF711 probably acts as a transcription factor that binds to the promoter of target genes and recruits PHF8 histone demethylase, leading to activate expression of genes involved in neuron development, such as KDM5C. Other Names: Zinc finger protein 711, Zinc finger protein 6, CMPX1, ZNF6 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human ZNF711. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extractsfrom mouse brain, using anti-ZNF711 (M) (R2110-2) at RT for 2 h. |
