Background:

Multiple PDZ domain protein (MPDZ) is a peripheral membrane protein that interacts with HTR2C and provokes its clustering at the cell surface. MPDZ is a member of the NMDAR signaling complex that may play a role in control of AMPAR potentiation and synaptic plasticity in excitatory synapses.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human MPDZ. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
