R1035-2 - MMP7 (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 30 I 38, 21 kDa Uniprot ID: P09237 Background: Matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP7) belongs to the peptidase M10A family. Matrix metalloproteinases play important roles in the physiological and pathological degradation of the extracellular matrix. MMP7 is the smallest member of the matrix metalloproteinase family. MMP7 degrades casein, gelatins of types I, III, IV, and V, and fibronectin. It also activates procollagenase. Other Names: Matrilysin, Matrin, Matrix metalloproteinase-7, MMP-7, Pump-1 protease, Uterine metalloproteinase, MPSL1, PUMP1 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-teriminal region of human MMP7. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts fromA) mouse thymus; B) human HeLa; C) human Jurkat; using anti-MMP7 (C) (R1035-2) at RT for 2 h. |
