Background:

Tumor suppressor p53-binding protein 1 (TP53BP1) plays a key role in the response to DNA damage. TP53BP1 may have a role in checkpoint signaling during mitosis. Also, TP53BP1 enhances TP53-mediated transcriptional activation.

Source and Purity:
