R1329-1 - IRAK1 (M) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 77 kDa Uniprot ID: P51617 Background: Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 1 (IRAK1) is a serine/threonine-protein kinase that plays a critical role in initiating innate immune response against foreign pathogens. It is involved in Toll-like receptor (TLR) and IL-1R signaling pathways. IRAK1 is rapidly recruited by MYD88 to the receptor-signaling complex upon TLR activation. Other Names: Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 1, IRAK-1, IRAK Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human IRAK1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extractsfrom A) human HeLa; B) human Jurkat; using anti-IRAK1 (M) (R1329-1) at RT for 2 h. |
