Background:

NT-3 growth factor receptor (NTRK3) is a single-pass type I membrane protein belonging to the protein kinase superfamily, the Tyr protein kinase family, and the Insulin receptor subfamily. NTRK3 is a receptor for neurotrophin-3 (NT-3); this is a tyrosine-protein kinase receptor. Known substrates for the trk receptors are SHC1, PI-3 kinase, and PLCG1. The different isoforms do not have identical signaling properties.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human NTRK3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
