Background:

POU domain, class 4, transcription factor 1 (POU4F1) belongs to the POU transcription factor family and the Class-4 subfamily. POU4F1 is a probable transcription factor which may play a role in the regulation of specific gene expression within a subset of neuronal lineages. Additionally, POU4F1 may play a role in determining or maintaining the identities of a small subset of visual system neurons.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human POU4F1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
