Background:

Homeobox protein Hox-B1 (HOXB1) belongs to the Antp homeobox family and the Labial subfamily. HOXB1 is a sequence-specific transcription factor which is part of a developmental regulatory system that provides cells with specific positional identities on the anterior-posterior axis. HOXB1 acts on the anterior body structures.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human HOXB1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
