Background:

E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase listerin (LTN1) is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase belonging to the LTN1 family. E3 ubiquitin ligases accept ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfer the ubiquitin to targeted substrates.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human LTN1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
