Background:

OTU domain-containing protein 3 (OTUD3) is a deubiquitinating enzyme that hydrolyzes 'Lys-6'- and 'Lys-11'-linked polyubiquitin. OTUD3 also hydrolyzes heterotypic (mixed and branched) and homotypic chains.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human OTUD3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
