Background:

Fms-like tyrosine kinase 4 (FLT4) is also known as Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR-3), which is a tyrosine kinase receptor for vascular endothelial growth factors C and D. FLT4 is thought to be involved in lymphangiogenesis and maintenance of the lymphatic endothelium. Mutations in the FLT4 gene cause hereditary lymphedema type IA.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of mouse FLT4. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
