Background:

Protein Hook homolog 3 (HOOK3) is a membrane of the HOOK protein family. HOOK proteins are cytosolic coiled-coil proteins that contain conserved N-terminal domains, which attach to microtubules, and more divergent C-terminal domains, which mediate binding to organelles. The Drosophila HOOK protein is a component of the endocytic compartment.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human HOOK3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
