Growth/differentiation factor 11 (BMP11) is a secreted signal that acts globally to specify positional identity along the anterior/posterior axis during development. BMP11 plays a critical role in patterning both mesodermal and neural tissues and in establishing the skeletal pattern.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse BMP11. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
