Background:

DNA (cytosine-5)-methyltransferase 3-like (DNMT3L) is a catalytically inactive regulatory factor of DNA methyltransferases. DNMT3L is essential for the function of DNMT3A and DNMT3B. DNMT3L also activates DNMT3A and DNMT3B by binding to their catalytic domain.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human DNMT3L. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
