Background:

Erythrocyte band 7 integral membrane protein (STOM) is a peripheral membrane protein belonging to the band 7/mec-2 family. STOM regulates ion channel activity and transmembrane ion transport. STOM also regulates ASIC2 and ASIC3 channel activity.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human STOM. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
