Background:

Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2-34 kDa (CDC34) belongs to the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family and catalyzes the covalent attachment of ubiquitin to other proteins. CDC34 is also capable, in vitro, to ubiquitinate histone H2A.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human CDC34. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
