Background:

SLIT-ROBO Rho GTPase-activating protein 3 (SRGAP3) is a GTPase-activating protein for RAC1 and perhaps Cdc42, but not for RhoA small GTPase. SRGAP3 may attenuate RAC1 signaling in neurons.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human SRGAP3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
