R0508-4 - PRDX1 (C1) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 22 kDa Uniprot ID: Q06830 Background: Peroxiredoxin-1 (PRDX1) belongs to the AhpC/TSA family. PRDX1 is involved in redox regulation of the cell. PRDX1 reduces peroxides with reducing equivalents provided through the thioredoxin system but not from glutaredoxin. PRDX1 may also play an important role in eliminating peroxides generated during metabolism. Other Names: Peroxiredoxin-1, Natural killer cell-enhancing factor A, NKEF-A, Proliferation-associated gene protein, PAG, Thioredoxin peroxidase 2, Thioredoxin-dependent peroxide reductase 2, PAGA, PAGB, TDPX2 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human PRDX1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extractsfrom A) human HeLa, B) human Jurkat; using anti-PRDX1 (C1) (R0508-4) at RT for 2 h. |
