Background: 

Homeobox protein Hox-C11 (HOXC11) belongs to the Abd-B homeobox family. HOXC11 is a sequence-specific transcription factor which is part of a developmental regulatory system that provides cells with specific positional identities on the anterior-posterior axis. HOXC11 binds to a promoter element of the lactase-phlorizin hydrolase gene.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human HOXC11. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
